The fully equipped kitchen makes meal prep a breeze, and the connected living and dining area creates the perfect space to enjoy time together. Step out onto the covered deck for morning coffee with a good book, or an evening wind-down.



After a day at the beach, rinse off in the convenient outdoor shower to help keep the home comfortably sand free for your stay. The fenced-in backyard offers a secure and private space for outdoor activities, making it a great area for both children, adults and your furry friends to enjoy.

Detailed check-in instructions and a unique access code will be provided prior to arrival. The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



**Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.
