Escape to this beautifully updated and tastefully decorated 3-bedroom, 3-bath canal-front home in the heart of Cudjoe Key, Island Breeze Retreat. Designed for comfort, style, and the ultimate Florida Keys experience, this spacious property features a private, heated, saltwater pool, excellent boating access, and inviting indoor-outdoor living areas perfect for relaxing after a day on the water.
The primary bedroom offers a king bed plus a twin daybed with twin trundle that doubles as extra seating. Step out onto the private balcony overlooking the lush backyard and pool area. The attached bathroom features a spa-like shower, and the room includes a 58'' Roku TV.
The upstairs guest bedroom also features a king bed along with a 50'' Roku TV. The primary bedroom and upstairs guest bedroom shares a bathroom.
Downstairs, a second guest bedroom includes two queen beds and a 40'' Samsung Smart TV. This room has its own ensuite bathroom with another spa-like shower. There is also an additional full bathroom downstairs off the main living area for added convenience.
The living room features tall wood ceilings and an inviting coastal design. A large sliding door opens completely to the balcony off the dining area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living space. The dining table seats 8, with additional seating for two at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is fully updated with high-end stainless steel appliances, and a spacious walk-in laundry room sits just off the kitchen.
Outdoor amenities make this home a true standout. The private pool is the centerpiece of the backyard, featuring a beautiful free-form design with wide entry steps and crystal-clear water. The surrounding concrete deck and paver patio offer plenty of space for lounging and sunbathing, with chaise loungers positioned perfectly for the Florida sunshine. Just beyond the pool, the 48' dock provides excellent boating access and accommodates boats up to 28'. The dock includes a fish-cleaning station for easy prep after a day on the water. Please note: the boat lift is not for guest use. The downstairs area offers an ice machine, bait freezer, multiple seating areas, and a Weber propane grill, giving you everything needed for easy days on the boat and relaxing evenings at home. The fully fenced backyard provides privacy and a comfortable outdoor space to unwind. One dog is welcome with a $250 non-refundable pet fee. There are two security cameras- one at the front door and one under the carport facing the road.
Parking is available for three vehicles plus a boat trailer, allowing for easy arrivals and departures.

Property Highlights: 3 Bedrooms | 3 Bathrooms | Sleeps 8 Canal-front with direct boating access. This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all guests need to be registered with the Rental manager. No smoking. To ensure that you are protected, a Damage Waiver policy is included with your stay and may help protect up to $5000 in accidental damages. All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. There is a 4% credit card processing fee. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
