2 bedroom, 1 bath, with your assigned gated parking in Waikiki!! Royal Aloha, 625 sqft w/50 sqft Lanai located on the 3rd floor condo with cityscape views. Short stroll to beach, dining, and shopping. Fast internet. Washer/dryer on every floor.
Royal Aloha building is located at the gateway to Waikiki, easy access to Waikiki beach, Ala Moana Shopping Center, Hawaii Convention Center.
The condos are outfitted with all you`ll need for a comfortable stay. Your suite has air conditioning, fast Wifi, 55` flat screen TV with digital cable, DVD player. On-site gated covered parking included. There is also a paid garage next block if you have extra cars. All standard amenities are included such as towels, beach towels, beach chairs and toys, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, and toilet paper. Fully equipped kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, microwave, small dishwasher, oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils.. Portable crib (Pack n play) available. There are two elevators available in the building. There is a Washer and a Dryer on every floor (shared) and a large laundry room in basement level payment on a laundry card system.
You have access to your private 2 bed/1bath condo on 3rd floor. Access to condo lobby on the first floor with a small swimming pool and a BBQ grill (shared space). There is a washer and a dryer on every floor with payment on a laundry card system, and a larger laundry room on the basement level.
The host lives 10 min away and is reachable via text and phone.
Great location 2 blocks to grocery store (Food Pantory), Seven-eleven and great coffee shop down the street, walking distance to hundreds of restarants and shops, 3 blocks to Convention Center, 2 1/2 blocks to Hilton Hawaiian Village (Free firework show Fridays 7:45pm) 3 1/2 blocks to beach and Lagoon alongside Hilton Village, 4 1/2 blocks to beach between Hilton Village, 6 blocks to Ala Moana Beach Park and Ala Moana Shopping Center.
This building is in a zone in Waikiki which legally allows short term rentals, confirmed via Honolulu DPP.
***Potential for noise: This condo may not be for you if you need absolute silence to sleep. Although you are close to everything, this building is on the major road in Waikiki, potential for noise at all time of the day and night. Some of the windows are outfitted with louvered windows, as those are nice for letting the air through, but you hear the noise too.
***City living: As this is a 2 bedroom condo in a city, it may be shockingly small for those who are used to more space. The entire 2 bedroom condo is 625 sq ft.
***Old building: Although the inside of the condo is modern and updated, the building itself was built in 1971, and shared areas like the lobby and elevators are old and dated. This is why we are able to offer this 2bedroom with parking in Waikiki at an affordable price. If you would rather be in a new building, this is not the one.
***No Central AC: Portable AC in the living room and each of the bedrooms.
***No partying, no smoking, no loud music or noise allowed inside and out. The condo regulation prohibits guests from smoking in lanai/balcony or outside of their entrance door. This is a non-smoking building. The association sends citations and fines if you break their rules, and you will be responsible for paying the fines.
***Maximum 6 people enforced via condo regulation. If you show up with more, your reservation will be cancelled.
***Laundry: One washer/one dryer on every floor, and a large laundry room in the basement LL level. As of 2023 $3/wash, $3/dryer, payable via credit card using their app on smart phone. There is another laundromat next door right next to seven-eleven convenience store.
Must follow condo rules such as no smoking, no pets, quiet hours (10pm-6am), no hanging laundry or towels in balcony. If fines are issued the tenants are held responsible.
