Stunning 2-level, 3BR/2BA ski condo near Heavenly's Stagecoach Lodge. Enjoy sweeping Carson Valley views, relax by the cozy electric fireplace and whip up meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Premium amenities include a sound system, baby gear (Pack 'n Play, high chair, safety gates), and board games for family fun. With a dedicated workspace, this condo is the ideal base for your Tahoe mountain adventures, year-round!

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a self-check-in process. While we will not be present during your stay, we are available via the booking platform or phone if you need anything or have questions.

Located at the top of Kingsbury near the Nevada side of Heavenly Ski Resort our home is situated for a tranquil and adventurous getaway! Whether you’re taking the free heavenly shuttle to hit the slopes or driving down the hill to one of the nearby beaches our condo is centrally located for all your adventures!


Guests will have private access to the entire two-level condo. A few closets are locked for owner storage and are not accessible to guests.

There are 2 parking spots. Parking passes must be placed on the Driver's side dashboard and must include guest phone number and Property address. Guests must only park in designated areas. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine imposed to the Guest.

We’re new owners, and we’ve thoughtfully refreshed this condo from top to bottom with one simple goal: making sure our family and our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and truly at home during their Tahoe stay.

This beautifully refurbished two-level, 3BR/2BA ski condo sleeps up to 8 guests and is just minutes from Heavenly’s Stagecoach Lodge. Nearly everything inside is brand new, including a new washer and dryer, updated furnishings, and carefully chosen amenities—many of which we personally use and love.

One of our favorite features is the ski shuttle that stops right outside the building. On snowy days, this means no stressful driving, no hunting for parking, and no risk of getting stuck on the mountain—just easy access to the slopes and a smooth ride back home.

After a day outside, come back and unwind. Cozy up by the electric fireplace, enjoy valley views from the porch, cook a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen, or relax with board games, music, or a movie. Whether you’re here for skiing, hiking, remote work, or quality time with family, we’ve made sure everything you need is already waiting for you.

Guests will have to travel up Kingsbury Grade (SR-27) which requires 4WD or AWD and snow tires during the winter. Our condo is conveniently located a short walk from the Heavenly Shuttle pick up and drop off location! The shuttle will take you (and your gear) to either Stagecoach or Boulder Lodge.


To ensure a transparent and wonderful stay, please review these important details:
- Booking Requirements (Douglas County): The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Within 24 hours of booking, you must provide a signed rental agreement, government-issued ID for age verification, and the license plate numbers for all vehicles. Failure to provide this information may result in cancellation without a refund.
- No Air Conditioning: Like most homes in Tahoe, our cabin does not have AC.
- Weather & Travel: A 4WD/AWD vehicle, chains, or snow tires may be required in winter.
- Uncontrollable Events: We are not responsible for uncontrollable circumstances such as poor air quality during wildfire season or snow during winter. We strongly recommend purchasing external trip insurance, as our cancellation policy will be upheld.
- Safety: The home is equipped with smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, and a first aid kit for your safety.
- Bear Safety: This is extremely important. NEVER leave food, coolers, or trash in your car. Bears can and will break in, causing significant damage. Always use the provided bear-proof dumpster for all trash and keep vehicle and condo doors locked.
- Please refer to the Rental Agreement for a full list of the local STR Rules.

-If you have additional vehicles, extra parking spaces can be rented nearby down the street
