Welcome to your home away from home! You'll be staying in a beautiful, open concept 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with everything you'll need for your trip!
The kitchen is conveniently equipped with everything you`ll need to cook for friends and family during your stay!
You will find pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, spices, oils, food storage and so much more! If there is anything in particular that you have questions about - please reach out, I am always happy to help!
The living and dining area comfortably seat guests whether you're enjoying a meal, making plans for your trip or binge watching your favorite Netflix show!
There is a desk for guests who may need to take a work call or for those who will be working remotely! Enjoy the seating area in the back yard or take a short walk to one of the nearby parks in the neighborhood!
Upstairs you'll find some cozy and comfortable bedrooms where you'll rest peacefully for the night! The main bedroom has a large full ensuite bathroom, electric fireplace, TV, walk-in closet and a comfortable king size mattress!
The two queen bedrooms are simply welcoming, cozy and very comfortable! Both bedrooms have the own smart TV which is great for couples or children who want their own space at the end of an adventurous day!
There is a second full bathroom upstairs as well. All bathrooms have linens, shampoo/conditioner, soap and more!
You'll a find a laundry closet upstairs with a washer and dryer, free for guests to use! No need to bring detergent - everything you need is provided!
Guests will access the suite from the front entrance of the house. Within the main foyer, guests will gain access to their suite with a keyless entry! Codes will be sent to you the morning of your arrival!
Parking: Guests can park on the street. Street parking is free and is first come first serve!
Guests can contact me during their stay! I am will be happy to answer any questions you have or help anyway that I can! Please Note: I am typically unavailable during our quiet time hours (9:00pm-7:00am).
Lots of guests are just travelling through or stay with us to visit popular places. Here are some examples of how far away we are from places our previous guests have visited!
Driving distance from the suite to:
Stampede Park - 30 minutes
Banff - 1:30 minutes
Airport - 30 minutes
We do not allow unauthorized guests in the suite. Please note; our policy is 6 persons maximum, this includes visitors. There will be a $100 charge per guest, per night for any unauthorized guests. I am no longer able to offer early check-in or late check-out times. Check in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. We do not accommodate vaping or smoking on the property. A $300 cleaning fee will apply. This suite is not pet friendly. A $250 pet fee will apply to guests who bring unauthorized pets into the suite. Please do not bring food or drink upstairs, a $150 fee will apply if food or drink is spilled on the carpeted area. Our quiet time hours are from 9pm-7am. We do not host 3rd party bookings. Please do not wear shoes inside of the suite. This is a walk-out basement suite and we encourage guests to bring indoor shoes or slippers! Guests must sign rental agreement 24 hours prior to check-in or the reservation can be canceled. Failure to follow these house rules can result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
