This private, 1 bedroom suite is located in the sought after neighborhood of Mahogany. It is newly decorated, painted and has many great upgrades to the furniture!
The suite is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a kettle, microwave, toaster, full size fridge and freezer, bar sink, dishes, cutlery and more!
The living room has a pull out sectional sleeper sofa, and a smart TV and Netflix! The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and topped with a comfortable foam mattress.
In the bathroom you`ll find all the necessities such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer and more!
We are close grocery stores, gas stations, bus transit stops, restaurants/pubs and other local businesses. There is a new liquor store, nail salon, convenience store and local Medicare market right next door!
Parking: Guests can park on the street. Street parking is free and is first come first serve!
Guests can contact me via Airbnb during their stay! I am will be happy to answer any questions you have or help anyway that I can! Please Note: I am typically unavailable during our quiet time hours (9:00pm-7:00am).
Lots of guests are just travelling through or stay with us to visit popular places. Here are some examples of how far away we are from places our previous guests have visited!
Driving distance from the suite to:
Stampede Park - 30 minutes
Banff - 1:30 minutes
Airport - 33 minutes
We do not allow unauthorized guests in the suite and have a 2 person maximum policy - including visitors. There will be a $100 charge per person, per day for unauthorized guests.
Our quiet time hours are from 9pm to 7am. Please respect the tenants in the upstairs suite.
NO pets are allowed in this suite.
We are unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out times. Our check-in time is 4:00pm and check-out is 11:00am.
This is a non-smoking property. Please do not smoke/vape within 5 meters of the entrance. There will be a $300 charge for guests who smoke or vape inside of the suite.
Please do not wear outdoor shoes inside the suite. We encourage guests to bring slippers!
If something is broken, please report damages immediately.
Failure to follow our house rules can result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.
