With 3 closed bedrooms, the condo comfortably accommodates family and friends.

(Starting January 2026, the bunk bed will be replaced with a regular Queen bed - contact us if you need the exact date)

Pets (cats, dogs, and all other animals) are NOT allowed.

*AIR CONDITIONING*
The air conditioning unit is located in the dining room. By leaving the doors open, it is possible to circulate the cool air throughout the different rooms.

*NOISE*
Parties are strictly prohibited. Please respect the peace and quiet of the area, of our direct neighbors and the permanent residents of the area.

*FIREPLACE / WOOD*
Firewood is provided in limited quantities for winter 2025-2026. Please bring kindling and your lighter, as these tend to disappear!

*SKI ACCESS*
This is not a ski-in/ski-out property.
Mont-Ste-Anne is accessible by car (4 minutes) or on foot (25 minutes).
