This large guest house is perfect for a couple or family with small children. Be in the heart of the Finger Lakes with a short walk to the beach at Keuka Lake plus everything you need right in the village square. Enjoy all Hammondsport has to offer just steps away or take a quick drive to many of the wineries, distilleries or breweries the area is known for. The Carriage House Suite, conveniently located in the Village of Hammondsport, is one block south of Depot Park at Keuka Lake and within walking distance to restaurants, bars, and grocers. You’re also within a minute's drive to wineries, breweries, distilleries, and museums, including the Glenn Curtiss Aviation Museum.

THE SPACE:

This large upstairs apartment features beautiful vaulted ceilings, a comfortable queen-sized bed, sofa, loveseat, TV, table, and chairs, as well as a full bathroom and workspace. Two roll-away beds, pack n play and high chair are available upon request for families with children.

In the kitchen, you will find a sink, 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.

We offer a private entrance and one dedicated driveway space. You will be conveniently located along the Keuka Lake Wine Trail and nestled in the village between our beautiful library and our local grocer.

THE AREA:

Champlin House is central to all. Walk to the beach (with seasonal lifeguards) at Depot Park, rent kayaks, jet skis or a boat at nearby Champlin Beach. Enjoy all the restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, yoga and large grocery just a few steps away in the village square. The impressive library is next door with a full calendar of events.

You’re a short drive from numerous wineries, distilleries, breweries, hiking trails, waterfalls, as well as the reknowned Glenn Curtiss Aviation Museum and The Finger Lakes Boating Museum.

Worth a longer drive, Watkins Glen State Park, Watkins Glen International Race Track and Montour Falls are about 35 mins away, as well as the Corning Museum of Glass. For our winter wonderland seekers, Bristol Mountain Ski Resort is just 40 minutes away.
