The suite, with a capacity for 2 guests, consists of an elegantly distributed open space:

Master Bedroom: Enjoy a superior quality King Size Bed with luxury linens to ensure an unparalleled rest.

Bathroom: A modern, full bathroom, equipped with premium finishes, towels, and essential amenities.

Kitchenette: A practical and functional Kitchenette, equipped with a single-burner Induction Stove, an excellent capacity Mini-fridge, microwave and a set of essential utensils.

Living Area/Terrace: Step out onto the Private Terrace, the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset drink, offering a relaxing city view.

Luxury Amenities:

The space is fully climate-controlled with silent Air Conditioning. Stay connected with High-Speed WiFi and enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV.

Check-in: 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am. Arrival Procedure: Entry is with a code on the smart lock, which will be sent to you before your arrival. Additional Amenities: The suite is equipped with bath towels, beach/pool towels, a hairdryer, and essential personal hygiene items. Warning: Although Puerto Morelos is a quiet place, there may be construction noise nearby during certain seasons. We do our best to minimize any inconvenience.

We ask you to follow the rules for a better coexistence with the neighbors and the entire environment:

The reservation is only for registered guests; extra guests, visitors, or pets are not allowed.

Please do not smoke inside the property or consume illegal substances.

The use of speakers is only allowed inside the property, during the day, at a moderate volume, and with doors and windows closed.

Please do not use the towels to wipe off makeup or bronzer/sunscreen.

The toilets in the area cannot handle paper inside the bowl. Also, to protect the environment, we ask you not to flush paper or any other objects, as it can cause blockages and significant contamination.

We are not allowed to hang towels or clothes on balconies or windows visible to the neighbors.

Please do not leave trash in common areas or outside the apartment. If you don't know where to dispose of the garbage, please ask us.

Respect the speed limits when arriving at the property.

Swimsuits are mandatory for using the pool. The hours are from 8 am to 8 pm.

We are not allowed to take food, glass containers or cups, cigarettes, or balloons into the pool area.

IMPORTANT:

Replacement for lost keys, cards, wristbands, parking passes, or towels costs $20 US each.
For every rule that is not followed, the condominium or the neighborhood committee may charge a penalty of up to $200 USD or speak to the police to request an eviction for misconduct.
Reservations of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will incur an extra cost of $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, this limit should not be exceeded.
You have complete privacy at the property; however, if a case of force majeure occurs where we must access the unit, we will let you know in advance (floods, leaks, fire, etc.).
