The Space:

Our brand new, custom curated farmhouse features five bedrooms - two bedrooms on the second floor (one queen, one with twin-over-twin bunk) one master king with en suite bathroom on the main floor, and two bedrooms on the ground floor (one king, one full), a fully stocked, open-concept chef's kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, drip coffee maker, french press, custom Cafe appliances, and high end cookware, on-demand propane fireplace, high speed WiFi, two smart TVs (including one 72" entertainment center), Sonos speakers, basement game room with air hockey, board games, and video games, a custom high-end basement bar, Public Goods products, organic bed linens and towels, lounge loft, dedicated work space, a brand new hot tub, charcoal grill, deck, outdoor dining area, Bree fire pit with Adirondack chairs, and some amazing views of the White Mountains...just to name a few features!



Oh, and we also feature private access to a beach on the Saco River just a short walk from the house!

The Neighborhood:

Moon Meadow Farmhouse is located on a residential street. While the house offers great view of the White Mountains, please know our house resides right off a main street; great for accessing local amenities, but if you are looking for seclusion, another one of our properties may be a better fit for you!



Other Things to Note:

Bringing your pup along? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation.



Please note that Moon Meadow Farm House is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
