OUR HOME
As you enter the front door, you’ll be welcomed by our gray leather recliner couch. Passing the recliner couch you’ll see the golden chandelier shine against our 6 chair glass dining table, leading into the kitchen. Be sure to snuggle in and watch your favorite movie while fresh cookies rise in the oven, as our home includes a fully equipped kitchen.

Large Full size LG Washer Dryer located in laundry room next to Master Suite.
Starter amounts of detergent, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash as a Welcome Kit included. Guest responsible for personal use items beyond the provided welcome kit amount.
All beds include luxury 100% cotton white fitted sheet, flat sheet, King or Standard pillows, pillow cases, pillow covers, throw pillows, and a cozy warm blanket. Depending on number of guests and duration of stay, extra bed sheet sets and towels may be provided upon request.

BEDROOM 1: Cal King Bed
Escape into a calm blue bedroom Room boasts of a California King bed and large walk-in closet stocked with kiddos toys. Unwind and enjoy the sunset rays peak through the room. Work desk in corner for focus driven hours with a lamp and comfy rolling chair.

BEDROOM 2: Two Full Size Bed -
2nd bedroom is meant for maximum relaxation with 2 full size pillow plush soft beds and a giant walk-in closet. Equipped with a new smart Roku TV (all common streaming services available: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime)

BEDROOM 3: Master Suite
Curl up in the plush spa robes and enjoy your morning coffee, while you take in the desert views. The master suite boasts a California King-size bed with a cloud-like memory foam mattress and luxury bedding. Envision a relaxing shower in the ensuite master bathroom, equipped with a rainfall shower system, and an Anti-fog LED mirror. Master suite is conveniently located on the opposite side of the bedrooms for extra privacy and tranquility and its own smart Roku TV (all common streaming services available: Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime)

Exterior of home: Plenty of open space for recreational activities or big toys. Toasty up next to the first place under the midnight blue starry nights

Property Details: Our home sits on a half acre property with a fully detached back house. Both houses are separated by full wrap around fencing on 0.25 acre lots. Both houses are rented or occupied by Host in between vacancies. Host will always notify of any needed entrance inside homes, or when assistance requested. Host may stop by to access the Maintenance Closet located on the side of the car garage with its own entrance to eliminate personal disturbances to guests.

PET POLICY: Only small pets allowed under 55lbs for a non-refundable pet fee allowed. Larger pets may be considered for an additional fee. Home has fully fenced front yard and backyard!

PARKING: 4 paved and fenced driveway spots. Recommended to park inside of fence, avoid parking outside of fence on street side due to loose dirt / mud sliding. NO GARAGE ACCESS- garage is used as Maintenance Closet for storage.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
To ensure your safety and security while on our property we are delighted to disclose that there are 3 total security cameras on the exterior of the property and the property is fully fenced. First camera is located pointing directly at the drive way entrance. Second camera is pointing directly at the front door entrance. Third camera is pointing directly at the backhouse door entrance. There is absolutely no cameras inside of house.

LOCKED RESTRICTED AREAS - *Any damage to locked areas or locks themselves will inquire a MINIMUM $250 damage fee* locked areas include but are not limited to: WiFi console, linens closets, garage storage, fences, specific outlets. Locked cabinets are not accessible for use unless otherwise approved by Host in writing. Any permanent damage to walls/ technology/ windows/ flooring/ appliances/ towels/ bedding/ landscaping/ anything on property, will be subject to minimum $250 damage fee depending on severity of damage.

Guest access
Guest will have full access to front house, with the exception of storage garage and locked closet/cabinets. Property is half an acre and consists of 2 homes: Front House and Back House. Front house has a fully enclosed backyard. Back house has its own private entrance to get to the back.

Other things to note
THIS AGREEMENT IS NOT A LEASE AND CONVEYS NO RIGHTS IN REAL PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. BY OCCUPYING RENTAL YOU AGREE THAT THE USE IS LIMITED TO THAT STATED IN THIS AGREEMENT.
COVERED PERIOD
Your sole right to use the Property begins with [4PM]check-in and ends at [11AM
check-out], unless other times are approved in writing in advance by Host. This agreement is in effect from the time and date of the confirmation of your booking of the Property.

GUESTS
You may not exceed the number of people stated on your reservation confirmation at any time without prior approval of Host. This limitation applies regardless of whether such persons are staying the night or just visiting. You may not have more than [four] cars on the property without prior permission of Host.

SPECIAL EVENTS
Special events, including but not limited to weddings, gatherings, parties, that exceed the number of people stated on your reservation confirmation, are not permitted without prior written approval of Host. Guest will be charged a $250 minimum event fee.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
The following items are considered damaging and are not allowed on the property; you will be charged a cleaning fee if found in violation of this rule.

The use of the living room fireplace is prohibited.

SEPTIC SYSTEM
Property operates on a septic system. Do not dispose of any flushable/un-flushable wipes, feminine products, non-ordinary foreign matter in toilets. Use trashcans provided.

INTERNET
No illegal or abusive use of the Internet access is allowed on the Property.

OWNER ACCESS
Guest consent the owner of the Property or any designated workers access to the Property for emergency reasons, landscaping, routine maintenance, cleaning, repairs or inspection of buildings, as may be deemed necessary. Notification will be provided for needed access inside home, if ever necessary.

SMOKING
Smoking is not allowed inside home.

SAFETY AND SECURITY
Guest must also acknowledge and accept that there are 3 surveillance or recording devices on the Property. First camera is located pointing directly at the drive way entrance. Second camera is pointing directly at the front door entrance. Third camera is pointing towards the back house front door entrance. There is absolutely no cameras inside of house.

NO GARAGE ACCESS- garage is used as Maintenance Closet Storage with its own entrance for Host access to eliminate personal disturbance to guests.

LOCKED CABINETS- any locked cabinets in halls or kitchen are not accessible for use unless otherwise approved by Host or CoHost in writing. DESERT DANGERS
Guest acknowledges that the Property is located in the "High Desert" of Southern California, which has unique forms of animal and plant life. This environment is inhabited by numerous animals who may harm humans or pets under certain conditions. These animals include coyotes, rattlesnakes, and bobcats, among others. These animals should be avoided altogether by Guests, other inhabitants of the Property, and guests of Guest. Guest should take all necessary precautions to keep pets away from these animals. Plant life in the high desert includes, without limitation, chollas, Joshua Trees, and numerous forms of sharp and hurtful cacti. Contact with many of these plants can cause severe injury to Guest, other inhabitants, and guests of Guest, who should avoid contact with these plants altogether. Guest must take precautions to keep pets away from these plants. Guest assumes all risk of harm from contact with animals and plants in the High Desert, and will hold Host and/or Cohost harmless against any claims for loss, injury or damages resulting from such contact.
