GUESTS ACCESS
Guests will enjoy full, private access to the entire villa and its beautifully designed tropical gardens. Every corner has been thoughtfully crafted, from the shimmering pool to the elegant outdoor lounge, the shaded dining area, and the inviting grill space. Each living area opens naturally to the outdoors, creating a seamless flow between home and nature. Bedrooms feature their own small terraces, and the master suite offers a unique outdoor space connected to its bathroom. The property is entirely yours to explore, unwind, and savor.

Your stay includes a premium, tailor-made concierge service. Whether you wish to book activities, restaurants, a private chef, a birthday celebration, a boat excursion, or transportation, I will gladly handle all arrangements according to your preferences, offering attentive and personalized support throughout your visit.

HOUSE RULES & OTHERS INFORMATIONS
The villa includes housekeeping service with three staff members, covering the preparation and service of breakfast and lunch, as well as daily cleaning. Evening assistance and dinner service are available at an additional cost of 60 USD per staff member, per night + $25 transfer cost. From morning to evening, you can simply relax and enjoy your vacation without lifting a finger.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is before 11:00 a.m. Late check-outs may be possible depending on availability and carry an additional fee, payable in cash.


**2026 CASA DE CAMPO REGISTRATION FEES for private villa guests**

Access to Casa De Campo is by invitation only, offering visitors total security inside the villa and within all areas of the resort.

A daily registration fee has been introduced by Casa de Campo for guests staying in private rented villas to gain access to the entire resort and use its facilities.

*USD 15.00 per child per night (ages 4 to 12)*
*FREE for children under 4*

Please note that these additional charges are set by Casa de Campo and that Villa Mística is not responsible for them. The registration fee must be paid at check-in before accessing the resort, at the Villa Owners Club office located at the main guest entrance of Casa de Campo. (8:30 am to 10:00pm).

Each registered person will receive an ID card. This ID will grant the card holder access to the resort and other facilites including :

- Casa de Campo Spa
- Access to golf courts
