Bright, airy, and thoughtfully designed, this charming retreat offers open living spaces, peaceful porches, and a private outdoor lounge made for slow mornings and breezy evenings.

● Location: Centrally located on Galveston Island, just 5 minutes from the Historic Strand and cruise terminals.

● Beach Access: Less than a 5 minute drive from the beaches at the Seawall.

● Rent Beach Box: Beach gear rentals are available! Ask us for details and rates.

● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. Guests are welcome to log into their own streaming service apps.

● Pet Policy: 1 pet is allowed with a $25 fee per pet. Please keep pets off furniture, clean up after them outside, and crate them if left alone indoors.

● Parking: We allow for up to 2 cars in the driveway

Step inside to a sunlit living area where the kitchen, dining space, and lounge flow together with ease. It’s a comfortable spot to unwind after exploring the island, and the sofa folds out into a full-size bed for extra guests.

Down the hall, the primary bedroom features a king bed and private en suite bathroom, a quiet hideaway after a day by the water. The second bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk, perfect for families or friends traveling together. A second full bathroom sits just off the hallway for convenience.

Outside, unwind on either of two porches — a cozy covered front porch for morning coffee, and a slightly larger back porch that feels made for relaxed evenings and good conversation.

Beneath the home, the outdoor entertaining area adds something special. With swings, a large dining space, and a grill, it’s open to the island breeze yet framed by slatted walls that create a sense of privacy and soft light. It’s the kind of spot where guests linger long after sunset.

● Cancellation Policy: All cancellations are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee.

● Party Policy: No parties are allowed at our home. Please look elsewhere if that is the intent of your trip.

● Age Requirement: Guests must be 24+ to book.

House Rules:
- Guests must be 24+ to book the property.
- One-night stays must be approved.
- Groups larger than 7 need to be approved. We do not allow parties.
- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.
- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost.
- No parking allowed on lawns, yards, empty grass lots or other neighbors’ driveways, even if their home appears unoccupied.
- Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team.
- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
