To ensure a great experience for all, please observe the following:

Guest Registration Required – We’ll assist in submitting your information to the HOA

Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Trash Disposal – Use designated bins only (details in guidebook)

Parking – Driveway and garage only (no street parking)

No Parties or Unauthorized Events

No Fireworks or ATVs Allowed

Guest Access

Full Home Access – Enjoy the entire home, garage, private lot, and game room.

Pocono Country Place Amenities – Access available with registration and passes (subject to seasonal availability)

Amenities Access & Requirements

Guest registration must be completed prior to check-in

Amenity access (pool, tennis, etc.) may require HOA approval

All community rules must be followed to avoid fines

Amenity Badge Requirements:

All guests ages 3 and up must purchase an amenity badge to access community facilities (pools, lakes, etc.)

Cost: $12.00 per person, per day

Where to Purchase: Badges are available at the Welcome Center

We’ll send you your unique door code prior to your stay, and you can check in anytime after 4:00 PM.

If the home is ready early, we’ll message you to offer early check-in availability.

Best Way to Travel: A car is highly recommended for getting around, as public transportation is limited in the area.

Community Access: Be sure to stop at the community center first before heading to the home.

Parking: Free parking is available at the property for 6 vehicles.

Rideshare Services: Uber and Lyft are available but may have limited availability, especially in the evenings or during off-peak seasons.

Local Exploration: The community is walkable, and bikes can be a great way to explore nearby lakes, trails, and amenities.

Community Registration & Amenity Information

Please note that all guests must be registered with the community prior to their stay.

Guest & Vehicle Registration

All guests must be at least 22 years of age and must remain at the home for the entire duration of the stay.

After booking, we will request the names of all adult guests staying in the home.

All vehicles must be registered before arrival.

Pet Policy

The home is pet-friendly! A $125 fee applies for up to two well-trained dogs. Please notify us in advance if you are bringing pets.

Important Timing Note

• All guests must be registered at least 48 hours before check-in.

• A $75 fee applies to any guest registration completed within 48 hours of check-in.

• All bookings made within 48 hours of check-in are also subject to the $75 fee and must be registered prior to arrival.
