You`ll love this thoughtfully designed bungalow nestled on a quiet street in Cincinnati`s sought after Hyde Park neighborhood. Every room invites you to settle in, a fully renovated kitchen stocked to be your home away from home, and a back yard to relax after a long day. You`ll have everything you need for a great stay, and you`ll be just steps from some of the best coffee, cocktails, and restaurants the city has to offer! If you`re looking for a serene escape close to everything, here it is.

This house is in the heart of Cincinnati`s most sought after neighborhood, Hyde Park. You`re just steps from Coffee Emporium, Forno, and Haps Irish Pub, all Cincinnati institutions. A three minute drive from Hyde Park Square for more famous shops, restaurants, and cafes, and Alt Park if you like hiking.

You`ll step into this home from the front porch, entering into the welcoming living room. Directly beyond that is the fully renovated kitchen and dining area. Once in the kitchen, immediately to your left is a hallway leading to the full bathroom, and two bedrooms.

On the far side of the kitchen, you`ll find another doorway that leads down a set of steps. There you`ll find the main bedroom with another queen bed, and a doorway at the bottom of the steps leading to the in unit washer and dryer. Be sure to check out the back yard as well!

This house is in the heart of Cincinnati`s most sought after neighborhood, Hyde Park. You`re just steps from Coffee Emporium, Forno, and Haps Irish Pub, all Cincinnati institutions. A three minute drive from Hyde Park Square for more famous shops, restaurants, and cafes, and Alt Park if you like hiking.

You`re also just a 10-13 minute drive from the downtown Cincinnati and the OTR neighborhood and all the entertainment you could imagine.

There is a driveway on the right side of the house for you to use, and also plenty of street parking. Just please me mindful of the neighbors driveways! There are plenty of places to walk nearby, but having a car is best in this neighborhood if you can swing it!

----------Section 1 - Security Deposits:------------

This property has a security deposit hold collected by us via credit/debit card. It is similar to an incidentals hold that you would pay at a hotel prior to checking in. At our discretion we may waive this deposit hold. We collect this security deposit through your credit card. It is between $150 (see the listing check-out page for details).

----------Section 2- Important House Rules (and Consequences) ------------

We strive to provide a polite request to come into compliance with our rules in the event of issues. If the request is not honored then your reservation may be terminated without refund, at our discretion.

SAME-DAY RESERVATIONS: If you are placing a reservation for same-day check-in, please contact us first. If you place the reservation without contacting us first then you may be denied entry, at our discretion.

CONSEQUENCES FOR THROWING PARTIES INCLUDES PROSECUTION: Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without our advance, written consent. Under Ohio Revised Code and Cincinnati municipal code, throwing an unauthorized party is considered criminal trespassing. See ORC 2911.21. If you throw an unauthorized party, we may choose to press charges for criminal trespass. You and your guests may be arrested on-site and prosecuted to the full extent of the law, at our discretion. Whether behavior constitutes a party is determined at our sole discretion, but would include things like bringing extra guests into the property, people coming in and out, etc.

NOISE AND DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR: Please observe quiet hours from 9:30pm-8am. In the event of a disturbance, one polite request (warning) may be given to come into compliance. If the request is not honored then your reservation will be terminated without refund. Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without our advance written consent.

SMOKING AND FLAMES NOT ALLOWED: Do not smoke or light anything in this property. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, hookah, and anything else.

VIOLATING OUR RULES MAY RESULT IN RESERVATION TERMINATION: At our discretion, we may terminate your reservation for a violation of our house rules -- no matter the time of day or night. You will not be refunded and may incur additional fees.

DISHONEST OR ABUSIVE BEHAVIOR: Dishonest behavior may result in termination of your reservation without refund, at our discretion. Abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund: yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing members of our team is considered abusive behavior.

WE RETAIN COMPLETE CONTROL OF THE PROPERTY: We reserve the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if we believe, at our sole discretion, that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb our neighbors, or harm the reputation of our property. If we have any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party then you will be denied entry.

----------Section 4 - Additional Fees and how to Avoid Them ------------

The following may incur a fee:
1) Cleanup of human biomaterial (e.g. vomit, defecation) will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.

2) Pet hair: $300 cleaning fee for cleanup of excessive pet hair, at our discretion. If you have a pet that sheds, bring lint rollers and remove your pet`s hair from the property.

3) Stains on the carpets or linens: $89 cleaning fee per item or cost to replace, whichever is higher.

4) Smoking ANYTHING indoors: $300 cleaning fee. No exceptions. Just don`t do it.

5) There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Unfortunately if you do not return the key then we have no choice but to have a locksmith change the lock.

6) Deep Cleaning: Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. Stays longer than 14 days are subject to an additional $120 deep cleaning fee which we will collect through the Airbnb resolution center.

7) Security fees: If we incur security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property, then you will be billed the cost. The minimum security fee is $150.

Great little home to getaway for a weekend. I would rather do something like this than stay in a hotel. Nice little restaurants close by. We actually walked to one. Would stay here again if I was in the area.

The photos on VBRO listing are not at all accurate representations of the condition of this property. From the wood floors, to rugs, to carpet, to condition of backyard, to grill, to gate in fench, to driveway. Carpet shown in picture to left is stained and dirty. A significant amount of food waste was under couch pillows. The property was advertised as 10/10. Whoever is responsible for that must be tripping!
