The Space:

The rooftop is one of the defining features of this home and a space you can enjoy throughout your stay. Start the morning outside with coffee and skyline views, relax in the hot tub after a day exploring Charlotte, or use the outdoor kitchen and grill for dinner before settling into the lounge seating for the evening. The terrace is completely included with the home, giving your group an outdoor gathering space above the city.



Inside, the main living level brings the kitchen, dining area, and living room together in one bright, open space. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a large island, with plenty of room for preparing meals while still being part of the conversation. Whether everyone is gathering for breakfast before heading into the city or spending the evening at home, the layout makes it easy for the group to be together without feeling crowded.



The home has three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The primary suite has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full beds. One of the bathrooms also features a soaking tub, giving guests another place to relax at the end of the day.



For longer stays and everyday convenience, the home includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and an in-home washer and dryer. Private garage parking is included, so you’ll have a dedicated place for your vehicle throughout your stay.



The Third Ward location puts you close to many of Charlotte’s best-known destinations. Bank of America Stadium, Frazier Park, Romare Bearden Park, Truist Field, Uptown museums, restaurants, and entertainment are all nearby. South End is also close by for restaurants, breweries, shopping, and nightlife.

The Neighborhood:

Third Ward puts you in one of the most walkable parts of Uptown Charlotte, surrounded by some of the city’s best-known sports venues, parks, museums, restaurants, and entertainment. Bank of America Stadium, home of the Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC, is a short walk away, making the location especially convenient for game days, concerts, and major events.



There’s plenty to explore beyond the stadium. Frazier Park and Romare Bearden Park are nearby, along with Truist Field, home of the Charlotte Knights. The Bechtler Museum of Modern Art, Mint Museum Uptown, Harvey B. Gantt Center, and other Uptown attractions are also within easy reach.



South End is close by when you’re looking for restaurants, breweries, shops, and nightlife, while Uptown gives you plenty of options for dinner, drinks, sporting events, museums, and live entertainment without having to venture far from home.



For guests visiting Charlotte for work, healthcare, or a longer stay, Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center is approximately 2.4 miles from the property. Grocery stores, coffee shops, pharmacies, and other everyday essentials are also nearby.



Getting Around:

Third Ward is one of Charlotte’s more walkable neighborhoods, and many Uptown destinations can be reached on foot from the home. Bank of America Stadium, nearby parks, restaurants, museums, and entertainment are all close enough that you may not need a car for every outing.



For trips farther around the city, the Johnson & Wales University stop on the CityLYNX Gold Line is approximately 0.4 miles away, with streetcar service through Center City. Uber and Lyft are also widely available throughout the area.



If you’re driving, private garage parking is included with your stay, giving you a dedicated place to leave the car while exploring Uptown on foot or by rideshare.



Charlotte Douglas International Airport is approximately 7.5 miles from the property and is easily reached by car or rideshare.

Rental Agreement:

Guests must be 21+ to book (verified for security only)

A rental agreement will be provided before check-in.

As per the NC Vacation Rental Act, payment, signature, and/or taking possession of the property serves as acceptance.

The booking guest must complete the check-in form with a valid government ID. Missing or inaccurate information may result in cancellation without refund.





Additional information

Please lock all doors and windows when leaving.

Unauthorized late departures $200 may be collected.

We provide a starter kit of supplies, any additional supplies needed must be purchased



Quiet Hours

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.

Please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

Parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Any violation $300 may be collected and termination of your stay without refund.



Pets

Dogs only (max 2). $100/per pet may be collected

All pets must be registered before arrival. Unregistered pets $120 per pet may be collected.

Pet owners must provide breed.

Pets are not allowed on furniture or bedding. Excessive hair or damage cleaning charges of $250 plus the cost of any damages may be collected.

Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste around the property (waste stations are conveniently located around the property).

Any pet that continues to disrupt other guest's and their ability to relax and enjoy their stay may result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.



Parking

Free onsite parking available.



Smoking

Absolutely no smoking inside.

If smoke odor or remnants are found inside or outside, a $500 cleaning charges may be collected.



Damages & Conduct

Please report any damage immediately, we know accidents happen we just asks guests to be truthful when they do

Guests are responsible excessive damages caused during their stay.



Internet Use

Internet is provided for general use.



Trash

Trash should fit in the outdoor bins provided.



Cancelations:

Cancellations within the cancellation window may have a 3% payment processing fee.

Interaction with Guests:

We respect your privacy and offer contact-free check-in, but we’re always nearby if you need anything. Our team is available via messaging for quick assistance throughout your stay from 8 AM to 10 PM—whether it’s a question, recommendation, or request. We will need brief access to the roof top if your reservation falls on a Tuesday for weekly hot tub cleaning.
