• Trash pickup is every Monday/Thursday morning, please roll out trash bin (located next to garage) to curb at the end of driveway on the night before pickup (Sunday/Wednesday)
• Guest can request for an early check-in with a fee of $50


Before you head out, please tidy up the property by:
• Placing all used towels in a pile
• Placing all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start the dishwasher
• Turning off all lights and hang ceiling fan remote on wall right of fireplace
• Closing and locking all exterior windows and doors
• Put beach toys/supplies in the garage and grill supplies back in storage
• Beach gear goes in the storage shed near the front of the driveway
• Do not strip linens; cleaner finds it easier to do themselves
