• Putt-putt clubs are available for guest use and should be handled with care. Guests are required to return all clubs after each stay. Please note that a charge will apply for any clubs that are damaged or missing.

• Due to Smoky Mountains remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

• This cabin has multi-level decks with ceiling fans, outdoor dining, and a private hot tub • Paved parking for up to 6 vehicles directly in front of the cabin

• Gas grill available

• Washer & dryer included for guest use

• AWD or 4X4 vehicle may be required during winter months

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified. • Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.
