Welcome to Puunoa Beach Estates 204, a three-bedroom oceanfront condo with an additional upstairs loft with a queen bed that serves as the fourth bedroom. This recently remodeled home offers a luxurious escape with a blend of modern elegance and tropical charm. Positioned on Lahaina’s beloved Baby Beach, this elevated second-story residence enjoys dream-like views over the Pacific Ocean and neighboring island of Lana’i.
The spacious 2,800 square foot floorplan features custom design and modern amenities everywhere you look. Crisp architectural lines are highlighted with constant views of the blue ocean and surrounding tropical landscaping.
The completely remodeled kitchen is highlighted by a dramatic granite slab backsplash, three sperate stovetops, a hidden refrigerator, custom blonde cabinetry, a built-in wet bar and a dining nook complete with restaurant-style bench seating.
