Recently renovated, this four-level home is filled with natural light and designed for comfort and versatility.
Step into a home where transitional style meets modern warmth. Anchored by a serene neutral palette, the interiors blend Scandinavian minimalism with mid-century textures and forms. The living room features a mantle fireplace; the kitchen pairs white shaker cabinets with black stone counters. Each bedroom includes a desk, vintage touches, and natural lightâcreating a space that's equal parts restful and functional.
With generous space across a finished attic and basement, itâs an ideal setup for families, professional groups, or long-term visitors seeking a stylish, flexible stay in the D.C. area.
GUEST ACCESS: The main level includes a living room, dining area, full bathroom, updated kitchen, and access to a private patio. Upstairs, the second floor features three bedrooms and another full bath. Both the finished basement and attic serve as additional bedroom areas, with the attic offering a twin bed cot for added flexibility.
A washer and dryer are located in the basement laundry room.
Please note: the garage (on the basement level) has been converted into a separate owner suite with its own private entrance. It is not available for guest use unless arranged in advance.
