Nur wenige Minuten von der I-75 South, die Sie 20 Minuten in Atlanta zu Besichtigungen wie nimmt: Heimat von Coca-Cola, Jimmy Carter Bibliothek, Martin-Luther-King-Bibliothek, CNN, dem Atlanta Aquarium und vieles mehr.

what a wonderful time we had staying in this lovely, fully equipped house. Everything was so fresh and clean. My sons and myself enjoyed the house and yard. They played while I worked!! The owner was very reasonable to deal with and was very responsive to our needs and queries.
This was the most enjoyable stay in this beautiful well appointed house. Everything was very clean - the home is bright and light and cheerful. We were close to everything and yet it was so peaceful in the yard and home. The owner kindly let me bring my two medium sized dogs who loved the back fenced yard filled with shade trees.
We rented this home for 3 months when we needed a furnished rental while our furniture arrived from our overseas location. We were very happy to find a furnished, spacious, and clean rental that was within our desired school district of Walton, Dodgen, and East Side schools. The location is so convenient to shopping and restaurants, as well as to the schools. The owner and her manager were both extremely responsive and easy to communicate with - text, email, and phone were all options to reach them quickly and easily. The owner was very willing to have any repairs done that we requested and seemed very much wanting to keep her property in good condition for future tenants as well as for us. The house itself is spacious with very adequate furnishings and amenities throughout, especially with a well- equipped kitchen overall in comparison to other furnished rentals we've used in the past. While the rent is slightly high, given that utilities and furnishings are included, there really are few other options in the area that would work for most people. I would recommend highly for any families needing a furnished rental in this area.
I was quite hesitant to pay what seemed to be very high rent and deposit requirements, but this out-of-state landlord was soft spoken and appeared to be reasonable during our initial phone conversation, so I signed a 6 month lease agreement and kept my fingers crossed. HUGE MISTAKE!!!
There were numerous issues with the home that should have been fixed prior to my arrival and over the course of the lease my relationship with the landlord deteriorated and has now become quite ugly.
After receiving a written note from the landlord’s agent stating that upon our exit the property was left in “excellent shape” and that there was “No damage noted”, we expected a prompt return of all deposits. Unfortunately, repeated attempts to return our full deposits over the past 5 MONTHS have been unsuccessful, and I have had to resort to legal remedies.
We rented the house as a group of 9 for 10 days and were extremely satisfied. The house was clean and spacious, and well-located near groceries and restaurants. The owner was extremely helpful with all questions/concerns and the rate was significantly lower than other properties we looked at. Absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend.
