The space
Pool Heating and Hot Tub Rates are $150/per day for both (or $100/per day for just the hot tub) Advance Notice Required for pool. We can request daily rate through VRBO or offer other methods upon request.

Home is 3 bedroom with garage (4th bedroom) converted into a work-out area, game room, smart TV with futon full size sleeper. We provide a High end portable A/C Unit and Heater that can keep you warm or cool during Arizona's Summer and Winter season.

Living room has a large 65" Smart TV. Love seat couch, several benches for extra seating.
Dining area has a large dining table that seats 6. Nook in kitchen has seating for 4

-Remodeled Backyard has a Hot Tub Spa and POOL (Pool & Hot Tub will be heated for an additional cost of $150/per day, contact us for more details)
-Pool toys (will vary based on stay, people bring some and people take some)
-We will provide several chaises for lounging and soaking the sun
-We have a stainless steel grill, perfect for year round BBQ'ing

-NEW Pavers and Turf Grass with putting greens
-We provided putters and golf balls to use

We offer very soft 100% Cotton luxury sheets and all bedding, our previous guests have left reviews about loving how soft and cozy are bed's are. Rest assured you'll get a good nights sleep.

Our home is only a 4 minute walk to restaurants, bars, clubs, lounges, wine bar, art gallery and of course shopping. Parks and Hiking Trails are a short drive away.

Enjoy your morning coffee and tea on us! We have cute coffee station.
Our kitchen is also fully equipped for a home cooked meals.

**Please do NOT move any furniture in the house, If we have to move any heavy furniture there will be a $250 fee that we will take your from deposit.

**Absolutely NO house parties allowed. NO loud music inside or outside the home. If music can be heard standing outside the home the music is too loud

**NO Smoking of any kind indoors, you may smoke outside but please keep patio door closed. If the house smells like smoke we will need additional cleaning and have to charge an additional $350 cleaning fee.

NO shouting, screaming or hawking, any loud noises will result in eviction. This is a family neighborhood and residents will immediate notify me or the cops if these house rules are broken. I am sorry this has to be said this way but some guests have taken it too far and disturbed neighbors in the middle of the night and this is unacceptable. If the cops are involved or neighbors have to come tell you that you are being too loud a complaint with the city of Scottsdale will be filed and up to a $2,500 fee will be issued and VRBO will be involved. These rules are compliant with VRBO and the City of Scottsdale. Please ask if you have any questions. We still want you to have fun and make it a memorable experience just in a respectable way =)

Entire home is available to guests. Please park on the driveway and in front of the house only. Neighbors do not like when you park on their side of the street or in/on their yard area.

Check-in time is 4pm
Check out time is 10am, we allow a 15 minute grace period. Any check out after 10:15am will result in a $250 additional charge that will be requested thru VRBO
