Please respect our home and neighbors. This is a quiet community, so we ask that guests avoid loud music, nighttime parties, and large gatherings. In the event of a noise complaint, we may need to contact local authorities, and a second complaint could result in eviction.



Quiet hours begin at 10 PM, and per city rules for Airbnbs, all backyard lights must be turned off during this time.



Unapproved pets (with the exception of licensed service animals) will result in a $500 fee and may result in an immediate eviction.

By booking, you agree to all house rules:



Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: If you would like early check-in or late check-out, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your arrival. Approval depends on same-day check-ins or check-outs and may incur a $75 fee. Unapproved late check-out will result in a $100 charge.



Smoking: Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited. Any evidence of smoking, including smell or physical signs, will result in a $500 fine to cover deep cleaning and ozone treatment.



Parties & Events: Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM.



Ring Camera Policy: Tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras help ensure the security of our property and guests. Any unauthorized interference may result in fines of up to $500.



Missing or Damaged Items: Guests are responsible for any willful or negligent damage or loss to the property, furnishings, decorations, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items. Charges will include the replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.



Towels & Linens: Guests must keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used for removing makeup or cleaning. Permanent stains are considered negligent damage. Do not wash comforters or duvet covers in the machines, as this may cause damage.



General House Rules: Breaking any posted house rules—including exceeding listed occupancy, ignoring parking restrictions, pool rules, or using illegal substances—may result in fines of up to $1,000 and/or eviction.



Quiet Hours: Quiet hours start at 10 PM. In accordance with city rules for Airbnb, all backyard lights must be turned off during quiet hours.
