The space
As you step inside from the front door, you'll be welcomed into a stylish entryway with a warm, modern touch. A staircase leads up to the main living space, where you'll find Bedroom 1 with a queen bed, Bedroom 2 with a sofa bed that converts to a bed, a full bathroom, a cozy living area, and a fully equipped kitchen—perfect for cooking meals during your stay.

Next to Bedroom 2, a second staircase leads down to an additional living room, a second full bathroom, and a door that opens directly to the front patio—great for relaxing outdoors. For families with little ones, both staircases are equipped with baby gates for added safety.

Other things to note
Please note, there are about 50 steps leading up to the front door. Inside, you'll find about 10 steps leading to the main living room, kitchen, Bathroom 1, and the bedrooms. Additionally, there are about 8 steps to the second living room. "Watch your step" signs are posted as a friendly reminder.

𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬/𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬: No gatherings, events, or parties are permitted on the property. Absolutely no outside music is allowed.

𝐒𝐦𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠: Our property is 100% smoke-free. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors, and any violation will result in a $500 penalty.

If guests choose to smoke, we ask that they do so outside at a safe distance from the property and properly dispose of all cigarette butts. Any evidence of indoor smoking or cigarette butts left on the ground within the property premises may result in a $500 fee to cover the necessary cleaning and odor removal measures. This policy will be strictly enforced.

𝐏𝐞𝐭𝐬: For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed. A $1,000 penalty will be applied for any unapproved pets.

𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬: All guests staying overnight must be registered. Any unapproved guests will result in a $100 extra guest fee per night, per guest.
