The villa is located on top of a hill, in a peaceful neighborhood between Zipolite and Puerto Angel. The property is surrounded by trees and offers a spectacular view of the Pacific Ocean.

The house is powered by 24 solar panels, generating nearly 100% of the energy we use, so you can relax with peace of mind, knowing you're minimizing your carbon footprint. We also make sustainable use of greywater by repurposing it to irrigate our plants!

Casa Caoba is accessible through a private entrance a few meters away from the parking area. It opens up on the garden with swimming pool, living area with kitchen. There are 4 bedrooms on the same level, and 2 more on a second level, 3 of the bedrooms offer a splendid view on the Pacific Ocean . You will have exclusive use of all the amenities on the first and second floor, while the loft located on the upper part of the property is private and has its own separate access.

Beautiful little bay with calm water. You can also access the village of puerto angel walking down the picturesque path along the rocks

Zipolite: 5 mins driving

Zipolite is a laid-back beach town known for it's vibrant nightlife, its stunning natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere. enjoy the sandy beach which stretches for about a mile and is renowned as one of the few clothing-optional beaches in Mexico.

San Agustinillo: 20 mins driving

In between Zipolite and Mazunte you will find San Agustinillo beach. The beach is wide and sandy with different spots to swim and explore. You will find a variety of restaurants/bars on the beach too.

Mazunte: 25 mins driving

Mazunte is a little town with a marvelous white sand beach. The main street called ‘’rinconcito’’ offers little shops, restaurants & bars. the nightife is usually more quiet but there are various festivals during the year like a jazz and a circus festival.

Playa Estacahuite: 15 mins driving

Small but beautiful beach, perfect to snorkel since the water is not so agitated.

There are restaurants and you can rent snorkeling equipment directly on the beach.

Playa Mermejita: 30 mins driving

Mermejita is a wild one: open sea a lot of good vibes: people love to gather there to play music and enjoy the wonderful sunset.

Note that the waves are strong so it’s not recommended to swim.

Playa Boquilla: 25 mins driving

Amazing bay to swim and snorkel, the beach is never too crowded so you can enjoy a peaceful day of sunbathing and swimming.

If you stay more than 4 days we will proceed to a complete cleaning of the villa including a change of sheets in the middle of your stay. For shorter stays our staff will empty the garbage and clean the outdoor spaces every day; you can also request an extra cleaning, change of towels or laundry service without any extra charge.

If you’d rather not be bothered during your stay let us know and the staff will leave you extra privacy.

Pre-stocking and shopping service during your stay are also offered.

How to get there:

From Huatulco International Airport (Bahías de Huatulco) you can take a private taxi directly at the airport for about 1100 pesos or rent a car.

If driving take the Huatulco - Puerto Ángel highway (Federal Highway 200) heading toward Puerto Ángel.

Continue on the highway for approximately 35 minutes (about 35 km) south, until you reach the intersection. San Pedro de Pochutla, take left.

Continue for about 15 mins, as you approach Puerto Ángel, you'll see a sign indicating the entrance to the town.

The villa is about 10 minutes from the town center, behind the Universidad del Mar (See Google Maps link).

If you're renting a car, we recommend opting for a SUV since the roads are bumpy.
