Newly renovated, bright, modern apartment in a historic building, minutes to downtown and only one block from the fabulous Halifax waterfront.
The apartment is directly across the street from Nova Scotia`s Government House (The original residence of the Provincial Governor and one of the city`s most historic attractions).
The best restaurants and attractions the city has to offer are minutes from your doorstep!
Enjoy the large screen smart TV with Internet connectivity or just relax in front of the electric fireplace.
The entire lower level is reserved for you.
We are available if you have any questions or issues or if you would just like restaurant suggestions. Otherwise, you are free to enjoy your stay.
In the heart of the city, close to everything. Overlooking Government House, the official residence of the Lt. Governor of Nova Scotia.
If you are just exploring downtown Halifax, leave your car and just walk. Almost everything is within a 30 minute walk; most within 15 minutes!
The apartment is located in the historic part of downtown Halifax and is a 5-minute walk to the waterfront boardwalk, dozens of restaurants and bars or the downtown business community.

No Parties or events allowed
The kitchen exhaust fan is controlled by a push-button switch on the backsplash. This directly vents to the outside through the unit’s ventilation system and should be used for when there is cooking smoke etc. The fan above the stove exhausts through a filter back into the unit and is good to reduce odors.
The kitchen faucet has a motion sensor to turn the water on or off without the need to touch the handle. When the handle is open, wave over the sensor at the bottom of the faucet to turn on/off.
All of the windows do open, but if you prefer, there is an air exchange system to ensure constant fresh air even if the windows are closed.

- Pets may be allowed with approval from host for additional fee. Please inquire.
- check out is anytime after 4pm and before 9:00pm - Please advise and if you require a later check-in for approval.
- Check outs are any time before 10am
- Absolutely no parties
We have a Strict No Parties or Events Allowed policy.
Refundable Damage Deposit applied to each stay.
Guests must sign external rental Agreement.
