Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting interior with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a 2-in-1 washer and dryer combo for your laundry needs. While the guesthouse does not have dedicated parking, free street parking is available directly in front of the property and is typically easy to find.

Security:

There are no security cameras inside or outside the guesthouse. However, the main house, which is occupied, has a security doorbell and a camera overlooking the parking area.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire property.



Other Things to Note:

There are no interior cameras in the guesthouse. For security, the unit has a Ring doorbell and an outdoor camera on a post nearby, both monitoring only the exterior. The occupied main house also has a doorbell camera and one overlooking its parking area.

We ask our guests to follow these check-out procedures on the morning of departure:

- Log off all accounts on smart TV (for your protection)

- Empty all the trash & recycle

- Check all doors and windows to ensure that they are locked

- Scan QR code in the first floor hallway to notify our cleaners of your departure
