I’m Stash — a real estate developer and lifelong builder based in Cincinnati with a soft spot for good design, quiet spaces, and creating places people actually want to be. I spend most of my time developing multifamily projects, boutique Airbnb concepts, and a future vineyard I’m slowly architecting in my head.

I host because I love the craft of it: the details, the comfort, the feeling you get when a place just works. My goal is to give guests a space that’s easy to settle into, thoughtfully designed, and a little better than expected.

When I’m not working on cabins or apartments, you’ll find me at a 5AM CrossFit class, hiking, or sketching the next property idea. I take pride in giving guests a smooth, stress-free stay — the kind of experience I look for when I travel.

Camp Washington is one of Cincinnati’s most interesting pockets — a mix of historic charm, creative energy, and that gritty-but-cool edge you only get in a neighborhood that’s actually lived in, not manufactured. It’s close to everything, but still feels like its own little world.
