The Space:

A sandy path through the dunes leads you to the open sands of Rockaway Beach at this oceanfront home mere blocks from the heart of downtown. You'll take long walks on the sand and you'll be welcomed home in the afternoons by a sunny deck.



This home occupies one half of a duplex, with a long deck running the length of the house that's divided between the two sides. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by large picture windows that frame the dunes, a stacked washer/dryer to refresh the day's towels, and free WiFi to assist you in sharing your latest vacation photos. The open living space is outfitted with beachy rattan furniture and aTV with streaming capability to help you relax after a day spent in the ocean waves. The well-appointed kitchen includes full-size appliances, a bistro table for two, and a peninsula breakfast bar with a pair of bar stools.



THINGS TO KNOW

The free WiFi will support streaming, but please note that it is not high-speed.

The wood fireplace is not for guest use.

We do not encourage swimming here, due to the cold temperatures of our waters and dangerous rip tides.
