Hundefreundliches Refugium mit Terrasse, Feuerstelle & Strandnähe

Thank you for the great rating. We’re so glad Doolittle made your stay enjoyable — our team appreciates it and looks forward to welcoming you back to the coast.

Judy Mae, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the convenient location, well-equipped kitchen, beautiful view, and excellent water pressure, and we’re very sorry the condition of the bedding and other linens overshadowed those positives. We appreciate you bringing the bedding condition to our attention during your stay and providing photos, and we’re sorry you had to wash the linens yourself in order to feel comfortable using the beds. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the pillows and towels and will share these details with our housekeeping team for follow-up. Thank you again for helping us identify where the preparation of the home needs greater attention for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback, Robyn. We're glad to hear you found the home overall good, but we apologize for the issues with the shower handle and the ant problem in the bathroom. Your comments are important, and we will address these concerns with our local operations manager to ensure they are resolved promptly. We appreciate your input and hope to provide you with a better experience on your next visit.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that cleanliness is of utmost importance and we deeply regret that the home was not up to your expectations upon arrival. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to provide to our valued guests. Rest assured, we have taken your comments seriously and have addressed the matter with our cleaning crew to ensure this is an isolated incident. We hope that you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

Thanks for choosing Doolittle and for the four-star rating. We hope the coast and the home helped you unwind and enjoy your time away. If there’s anything that would have made this a five-star stay, we’d appreciate your suggestions so we can keep improving. We hope to host you again on your next visit.

Thanks so much for the five-star rating. We're glad Doolittle provided a comfortable, restful base for your time on the central Oregon coast. Knowing guests leave feeling relaxed and ready to explore the area makes our work worthwhile. We hope the setting let you unwind between walks, meals, and sunsets. We look forward to hosting you again whenever you return to the coast.
