Important Notice About Nearby Construction

Please note there is ongoing construction directly in front of the unit, with very loud noise during working hours: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays until 12:00 p.m. No work takes place on Sundays. We appreciate your understanding and are here for any concerns.

Important note about the jacuzzi:
Please note that it is not a traditional hot tub with instant heating. The water takes approximately 3 to 4 hours to reach a warm, comfortable temperature, though it does not get extremely hot.

Please note that the jacuzzi undergoes regular maintenance every Thursday for about 1–2 hours. During this time, we also check and adjust the water quality to ensure it remains clean and perfect for your use.

Unfortunately, rescheduling is not possible.

- Sauna, steambath and Indoor Jacuzzis in the gym

👥 All guests must be registered in advance; unannounced visitors will incur a fine of USD 75 per person
🛏 Please take care of towels, sheets, and blankets — any stained items may result in an additional charge
