Der Raum:

Das weniger als ein Jahr alte Haus liegt 21 km vom internationalen Flughafen Nashville (BNA) entfernt und ist ca. 20 Autominuten entfernt. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber.

Kabelloses Internet. Der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer verfügt über ein einfaches Kabel und ein integriertes Google Play-System, sodass Sie auf das Gerät streamen können. Apple TV im Hauptschlafzimmer.

Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, eines auf der ersten Ebene mit eigenem Bad, Master auf der 3. Ebene mit eigenem Bad. In der 2. Etage befindet sich ein 1/2 Bad.

Gastzugang:

Das gesamte Haus wird Ihnen gehören, einschließlich der Terrasse im 3. Stock, die sich perfekt zum Abhängen und Entspannen bei Nacht unter den Bistrolichtern eignet! Das Parken ist auf der Straße vor oder in 1 Parkplatz auf der Rückseite (2 Parkplätze erlaubt). Der Gast hat rund um die Uhr Zugang zum gesamten Haus.

In Hip East Nashville finden Sie viele einzigartige Restaurants, Cafés und Bars. Es gibt einen tollen Stadtpark, in Shelby Bottoms kann man ein Picknick machen oder einen langen Spaziergang machen. All dies in unmittelbarer Nähe der Innenstadt von Nashville!

Rumkommen:

Ein paar Fast-Food-Restaurants und ein Dollar General sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Ebenfalls zu Fuß erreichbar sind ein großartiger italienischer Imbiss (Nicoletto's) sowie drei großartige Bars (Walden, The Fox, Mickeys). Mit dem Auto erreichbar sind Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Tankstelle und einige Restaurants. Wir sind nur eine 8-minütige Fahrt von Five Points und ungefähr 15 Minuten vom Broadway entfernt, damit Sie Honky-Tonk erreichen. Sie können Uber oder Lyft für 5 bis 10 US-Dollar überall hin mitnehmen.

Family Fun on Fall Break

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. It was very easy to communicate with our host and the property was just fabulous... easy check in, super clean, convenient, safe, "chic" decor, just perfect. The host was able to point us in the direction of some of the local favorite places to eat which we found very helpful. A big thumbs up and would highly recommend!

Wonderful property…can’t say enough about it. Location was very convenient to downtown, restaurants, etc. This home was extremely clean and comfortable. Owner was easy to communicate with. Home had all amenities as listed in description. Will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect Nashville Getaway

I would absolutely recommend this property. We were debating between place downtown or East Nashville. I'm so glad we chose East Nashville. We were able to get the best of both worlds. The place is decorated so well that you definitely get the Nashville vibe without the craziness of staying downtown. Every little detail and knickknack is well chosen. I loved the layout of one bedroom on the 1st floor, 1 bedroom on the 3rd floor and the common living area in between. The rooftop deck and firepit were a great way to relax at night. Parking was easy and it was a quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go. The natural lighting in the upstairs bedroom is great, but I would recommend packing a sleep mask for those who like to sleep in because it gets very bright in the morning. The place had everything we needed and more! There are multiple hair dryers even though the description seems to mention only one (so no need to pack your own). I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved our time

Four of us girls stayed here to celebrate a birthday. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed - lots of towels, silverware, toilet paper, etc. Perfect location too - seemed to be a 8-10 minute drive from everywhere we wanted to go, which made Ubers quite cheap too ($7-$10). It was quiet at night which was nice! There are also a lot of cute places to eat/drink nearby in East Nashville. Food store, liquor store, dollar general close by if needed. We stayed during a very hot weekend in July, and the air conditioning was great in the home! No humidity at all. The host Madison was very responsive. Would stay here again :)

Beautiful and clean property in great location!

My husband and I traveled to Nashville with our two daughters, 14 and 9. We all loved the property. It's tastefully decorated and extremely clean. There is tons of natural light, and the layout was great for our family. My husband and I were on the third floor in the primary suite with a large walk-in shower and roof top patio, which we all enjoyed. My daughters stayed in the second bedroom, which is on the ground floor and also has it's own full bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if you'll be cooking at all during your stay. The property is in an an older area where many buildings are being newly renovated. You can easily walk to a couple different coffee shops, and the best record store in town is right across the street. It's a quick drive to get downtown. We can't say enough great things about Madison, the owner. We had a few questions for her during our stay and she replied immediately. She is very accommodating and easy to work with. We highly recommend this property.

Awesome getaway!!

We stayed for 4 nights and had a blast. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. Very calm and quiet neighborhood, yet close to all the action with a short drive. Perfect location for a group looking to enjoy peace and quiet after going out during the day.

Girls Trip - 50th year

From the time we booked to the time we left the beautiful property this was a seamless experience. There were 3 of us middle-aged ladies celebrating a 50th anniversary (left the husbands at home though). The accommodations were exactly what was stated in the description but the best part of the property was the 'roof top patio'. We had our coffee out there in the mornings & our cocktails before retiring. It was great! Madison was available whenever we had questions and even when we needed propane for the gas fit pit on the patio it was there the next day. I can't say enough about how attentive she was. There a lot of steps to climb but with living area's on 3 floors you expect that & it even gave us a little bit of a workout daily. Ubers were easy to get & were only about a 10-15 minute drive to Broadway or the Opry Hotel area.....reasonable pricing also. It is a very quite neighborhood and we always felt safe with our surroundings. We thoroughly enjoy our trip & our rental experience. I (we) would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars are not enough but well deserved.

Long weekend in Nashville

Perfect East Nashville Condo

My husband and I stayed at Madison's condo while visiting our son and his family in East Nashville. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Madison was very responsive both before the trip and while we were there. We were lucky enough that it was walking distance to my son's home. We had a great trip and I would highly recommend this location, in fact, we are staying there again in April.

This property is awesome! Located in a great, quiet part of town but close to everything. During the pandemic, my main concern was cleanliness. Madison assured me the townhouse would be deep cleaned and sanitized and it was! We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful Townhouse

Loved this townhouse/condo close to downtown Nashville. It was perfect for our long weekend visit. The property itself was very clean, cute, and set up with guest needs in mind. The owner left local craft beers for our group to try, which was a nice touch. We were centrally located and didn't have long drives to any of the local attractions we wanted to see. I highly recommend this property for a great getaway!
