Living Room:
Tall ceilings, soft natural light, and expansive windows frame sweeping mountain views. A plush modern sofa, layered blankets, bright light through floor to ceiling glass doors, and southwest décor create an inviting space to relax. The 65-inch HD Roku TV is available for your streaming accounts, and local art throughout the room adds warmth and character. Please BYOL (bring your own logins) to enjoy all of your own streaming services.
Kitchen:
The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, gathering, and lingering over long conversations. Enjoy brand-new appliances (including an induction range) and quality cookware and dinnerware. The kitchen is framed by spectacular tile work that mirrors the red soils of northern New Mexico. A large island with bar seating makes it easy for everyone to stay connected while meals come together. If you’re not enjoying one of Taos’ delicious restaurants, you’ll have a great set up for a home cooked meal. The kitchen boasts custom countertops with bar seating illuminated by stylish pendant lights. For those indulging, we provide glassware. Basic oils and spices are provided.
Dining Room:
Share meals and make memories at the dining table, perfectly positioned to enjoy both morning and evening light. The dining room has a family-style table that accommodates 6 with beautiful views out the windows.
Laundry:
Laundry machines and essential cleaning supplies are tucked behind the doors in the front hallway.
Primary Bedroom:
Your private sanctuary. The primary suite features a queen bed with premium memory foam mattress, luxe linens and down-alternative bedding and soft lighting with warm, textured décor. Contemporary bedside tables and a matching dresser, reading lights and a full-length mirror ensure the bedroom is fully appointed.
The stunning ensuite bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower and a standing soaker tub. This room is meant for unwinding—slow mornings encouraged.
We provide complimentary bath essentials, including eco-friendly health-conscious Public Goods body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and lotion, as well as amazing extra-large Vidori towels from Standard Linen.
Second Bedrooms:
The second bedrooms has a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattresses, bedside tables with reading lights, and a small closet.
Within the second bedroom, there is a dedicated laptop-friendly workspace outfitted with a plush chair, a modern writing desk, and excellent WiFi.
Second Bathroom:
Located between the second and third bedrooms, the second bathroom has a single vanity with marble counter and a luxury waterfall shower with beautiful tile surround.
Like the primary bathroom, the second bathroom is stocked with complimentary bath essentials from Public Goods and extra-large towels.
Third Bedrooms:
The “bunk room” has a full sized bunk bed and a stand alone twin bed. Equipped with soft bedding, cozy lighting, and fun accents, its ideal for kids, cousins, or friends who love a good sleepover vibe.
Backyard:
The sliding floor to ceiling backdoors open onto expansive views of the mountain and valley. Down one step and straight ahead, you’ll walk down a small decline to the property’s large raised patio and gas fire pit.
Sitting next to the sagebrush, you’ll hear the crickets, smell the sagebrush, and feel the breeze as you unwind!
Reconnect with family and friends as you cook up smores or drink a glass (or two!) of wine and end a perfect day by relaxing under a blanket of stars.

Please note that our cleaning fee is “pass through”, meaning the entire sum is “passed on” to our amazing cleaning crew to support high quality work and a living wage.
