Both bedrooms are equipped with a king-size bed and are elegantly decorated. The beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The three bathrooms - two baths and one powder room, have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Please note, Dubai is a vibrant and ever-growing city, and with these developments come occasional construction in the apartment building or surrounding area. With the waterfront just steps away, you’ll find endless activities, dining options, and scenic walking paths at your doorstep. Dubai Marina Mall is less than 10 minutes on foot, offering grocery stores, retail shops, and leisure options. Marina Beach, Skydive Dubai, and the lively Marina Walk are all nearby, with cosmopolitan restaurants and cafes lining the palm-fringed boardwalk. The area also offers convenient access to everyday essentials, with shops and stores within or near the building. Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
