The stay only include $60 dollars prepaid electricity for stay from 7 days or more. 45 dollars for stay from 6 days/ stay 3 nights or less (minimum 2 nights) includes includes only 30dollars. If consumption exceeds in these cases mentioned then the guest will need to make arrangement to pay for additional consumption. As a matter of courtesy, the host requests to shut off the lights and Air conditioning when not in the premises.
