Designed for comfort and connection, our home offers ample space for up to 10 guests to unwind.

Main Living Area - Relax on the large sectional sofa by the fireplace for a movie night, or enjoy quality time in the open-concept living space.

Chef's Kitchen - Fully equipped for holiday meals with cookware, bakeware, and a Keurig Duo (carafe + single serve) with starter coffee, tea, and K-cups provided.

The Game Room - The basement is the ultimate hangout zone, featuring a pool table, a karaoke machine, and a flat-screen Smart TV.

Sunroom & Work - Need to plug in? The sunroom offers a serene, sun-drenched oasis with high-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace overlooking the pines.

Rest & Recharge - Four well-appointed bedrooms feature comfortable beds with soft linens, light darkening shades, and large closets to ensure a restful sleep.

Bathrooms - Three large bathrooms stocked with shampoo, body wash, hair dryers, and plush towels.

Hot Tub - Soak your cares away in the private hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing.

Family Friendly - The flat driveway and quiet cul-de-sac are perfect for kids to ride bikes or play catch while you watch from the porch. A Pack n' Play and high char are also provided to families that need it.

Pet Friendly - We welcome dogs! The backyard features a dog run, and we provide dog bowls and a crate (please bring your own crate blankets).

GUEST ACCESS
You will have exclusive access to the entire home, including the 2-car garage and large driveway that accommodates up to 6 vehicles. You also have access to a full-sized washer and dryer.

We are located within the Massanutten Resort, giving you access to skiing, golfing, swimming, and hiking just minutes from your doorstep.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Transparency: While the home is on a quiet cul-de-sac, the main resort road runs behind the property. The backyard is visually private, but vehicle noise may be audible from the back deck.

Pet Fee: There is a $50 pet fee per stay

Nature: As a mountain home in the woods, you may see local wildlife and insects. Massanutten Hiking trail is only 15 minutes up the mountain and the Swift Gap entrance to Shenandoah National Park and Blue Ridge Trail is only 15 miles away and offers excellent hiking trails.

Family Gear: A pack n' play and high chair are available for our youngest guests

Activities: Wineries and breweries are a short drive from the home. Downtown Harrisonburg and James Madison University are 15 miles from the home.
