Children:

Children must be monitored at all times, especially when on the dock.

Water Safety:

We recommend staying out of the water for safety reasons. Use caution at all times when you are near the water.

Security:

This property has 4 outside cameras that are in operation at all times.

Pets:

No pets are allowed on the property. Thank you for your understanding.

Liability Waiver:

Before your stay, we ask the lead guest (the one who made the booking) to sign a waiver form. The form makes the lead guest liable for all accidents/ damages caused by all guests.

Truvi Screening:

After accepting a booking, we run a background check using Truvi, an automated screening software, on the lead guest. We have the right to cancel the booking if the lead guest is flagged for security purposes (serious criminal history, sex offender).

.Septic care:

Only flush toilet paper. You may be responsible for paying plumbing damage.

Smoking and vaping:

No smoking or vaping inside. You can smoke and vape outside, just dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.

Noise:

Please don't make loud noises that may disturb the neighbors.

Fireplace:

The fireplace is not to be used by guests.


Lighthouse Rules:

250lb weight limit on spiral staircase. 1 person on the staircase at a time. 3 people maximum on balcony at the top of the lighthouse. Children under 12 need to be supervised at all times.
