Guest Access:

Please note that this is a non-elevator building and guests will need to climb a few sets of stairs to reach the unit. Please also note that smoking is prohibited in this space.



Guests will have access to the entire space.

Haus' concierge service can coordinate cleanings, private events, and more for guests. We're able to schedule private chefs, excursions, and more -- just ask us when you book and we'll be happy to accommodate your preferences.



Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out.
