Kids can play while you sit from the patio table. The three bedrooms are spacious. The master has a king bed with a walkin in closet, 65”Samsung Smart TV, and soaking tub to end those long days of fun or just to relax. The second bedroom has a queen bed and lovely picture window to enjoy the sky or close the blackout curtains and get some rest. The third bedroom is great for kids with two bunk beds. The perfect arrangement for several families, or adventuresome travel friends. Relax in the living room with a new 65” Samsung QLED 4K television and gas touch light fireplace. When dining you can be casual at the kitchen bar seating or have a big family dinner at the table with seating for up to 10. We love it here and we are sure you will too! Newer neighborhood with a private pickleball courts, a dog park, and direct access to the FUTS (Flagstaff Urban Trail System).

The neighbor is on Flagstaff Urban Trail System, but we would want to have a vehicle. You can enjoy walks and bike rides from the front door, but trips to the store are better with a vehicle.

This is the entire house. No split level shares or other houses on the lot. It is one of the few listings that offer the entire home and the privacy that comes with. No slippery long driveway to navigate or coming out to a frozen car. Ample parking in front of the house or even in the driveway.

We have AC for those summer nights and central heat for the chilly winters.

We DO allow pets for an additional fee. If you do bring a furry family member please do not allow them on the furniture or beds. The backyard if FULLY fenced so no worries about them getting lost.

If you are not a pet person do not worry we take the utmost care to clean meticulously after each guest, pets or not.

Everything you need to make homemade meals, but within delivery areas if you just don`t feel like cooking. We leave a few treats for your guests to enjoy on check in and some things to hold you over while you settle in.

The neighborhood is new a quiet and sought after close to EVERYTHING, but not downtown. The peaceful experience of a private neighborhood, but very convenient. A children’s playground, Pickleball Courts, Tennis courts, and a fenced dog park just a short 5-7 min walk. You can also walk or ride a bike out the door of the home and hop in the Flagstaff Urban Trail System for an adventure or just to get coffee.

We are a 5 minute drive from all the conveniences of home-don`t worry about forgetting a thing. All of the fun is easy to get to from this sweet mountain get away!

County Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise complaints and fines range from $1250-$2500.

We request that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of overnight guest in the house as listed on your reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay, this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra overnight guests not disclosed will cause a $500 fine.

If you have a pet, please contact us to discuss prior to booking. Any pets on property without prior consent guest will be charged a $500 fine per pet.
We ask you to be respectful and if you would like to bring pets that they not be left unattended.

We can extend an earlier check in time if available.

We ask for quiet hours between 10pm and 6am.
