The beach is a short walk or a free tram ride away, and there are two fantastic restaurants on-site. If you choose to leave the grounds, you'll find the many attractions of Grand Boulevard and Baytowne Wharf less than two miles north, and the Silver Sands Premium Outlets only two miles west.

No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach.

Important Notice – Ongoing Roofing Project

Please be advised that the Summit Homeowners Association is coordinating a roofing project on the property through May 2025, and construction may take place during your stay. We expect minimal disruption and all materials will be confined within a fenced-off area located on the northeast side of the parking lot.
