The Space:
Find beautiful, fifth-floor views of the neighboring nature preserve and the Gulf of Mexico at this Tops'l Summit condo, where you'll spend your vacation in stylish comfort. Recently renovated with new bathrooms and new flooring, this condo also features private balconies, smart TVs with high-tech streaming capabilities, as well as on-site swimming pools, tennis courts, miniature golf, and other wonderful resort amenities.
Whether you're a beach-goer or a tennis enthusiast, you'll feel right at home at the Tops'l Beach and Racquet Resort. You can walk or take the free tram to reach the soft white sand of Miramar Beach, or spend your days enjoying indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, an expansive workout facility, a sauna, miniature golf, and courts for tennis, racquetball, shuffleboard, and basketball. There are more than a dozen golf courses in the immediate area, great shopping and attractions at Baytowne Wharf (two miles north), and lovely nature trails in Topsail Hill Preserve State Park immediately east.
