Discover laid-back coastal living at Sea Star 201, a bright and inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bath top-floor condo perfectly situated on the ocean block in midtown Ocean City. Just a short walk to the sand, this home pairs convenience with comfort — ideal for families, couples, or small groups.



Start your mornings with coffee on the balcony as the ocean breeze drifts in, or step outside and follow the smell of salt air straight to the beach. Inside, the open living space offers comfortable seating, a cable-equipped TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Sliding doors bring in natural light and make the space feel airy and relaxed.



The full kitchen includes everything needed for meals at home, including full-size appliances, cookware, utensils, dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker (please bring your own grounds). After a day in the sun, rinse off at the outdoor shower, drop your beach gear in the ground-level storage area, and cool off with the central A/C as you settle in for a relaxing evening.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. A complimentary starter kit with body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge is included so you can settle in right away.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed is freshly made before arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
