This beautifully maintained upper-level duplex offers 2,300 square feet of classic Los Angeles charm, shared with an Emmy-winning film and TV set decorator-turned interior designer, and her two loving cats, "Dolce and Gabbana." It's a rare opportunity to live in a fully furnished, design-forward space that balances privacy, comfort, and style in one of LA's most central and sought-after neighborhoods.
You'll have a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, in a quiet, newly furnished space overlooking a lush garden. The room features a brand-new bed and soft, neutral decor designed for rest. Your bathroom is private and clean, offering both a tub and a shower. While your space is entirely yours, you'll also have full access to the rest of the home.
The shared living areas are spacious and sunlit, with high ceilings, original details, and tasteful furnishings throughout. The formal living room features large windows, a decorative fireplace, and a big window that allows natural light to flow in throughout the day. The adjacent dining room is ideal for quiet meals or relaxed evenings, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, cookware, and all the necessary tools to prepare meals at home. A laundry area conveniently in the unit, quiet, tidy, and easy to use.
There's also a dedicated home office featuring a large worktable and excellent natural light, making it ideal for remote work or study. Outdoors, a furnished backyard seating area provides a peaceful spot for savoring coffee, engaging in conversation, or simply relaxing. The home features off-street parking, a Ring doorbell for added peace of mind, and a calm, respectful atmosphere that feels cared for and lived-in, not staged or generic.
You'll be responsible for 50% of the Internet and 50% of the monthly cleaning costs. Move-in requires the first month's rent, the last month's rent, and a security deposit. Utilities included. Although it is shared, the layout of the home allows for a strong sense of privacy.
