The Space
Step inside this large, fully air-conditioned apartment designed for comfort and relaxation. The open-concept living space features a kitchen, dining area, and living room with Smart TVs, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
Your private outdoor patio, complete with seating, offers a perfect spot for morning coffee or evening drinks. You can also enjoy the shared, landscaped courtyard with its lush tropical plants and refreshing outdoor shower—ideal for rinsing off after a trip to the beach.

This apartment comfortably accommodates your group with flexible sleeping arrangements:
Bedroom 1: One queen bed and one twin bed (with an additional trundle).
Bedroom 2: Three twin beds (two of which can be converted into a king bed).
Bathroom: One full, modern bathroom.

Guest Access
You will have private and exclusive use of the entire apartment, including your own private entrance and terrace area. Guests also have access to the shared courtyard and on-site coin laundry facilities.

Situated in the heart of Condado, you are just minutes away from the area's best attractions. Enjoy easy access to Condado Beach, the upscale shops and restaurants of Ashford Avenue, and the vibrant nightlife at La Placita de Santurce. Essentials like Walgreens are also conveniently within walking distance.
You're just a short 5–20 minute ride from top destinations like Old San Juan, the Convention Center, the San Juan Cruise Port, and Plaza Las Américas.

Getting Around
For a stress-free experience, we recommend using Uber or taxis, as parking in the area can be limited. Ride-sharing is affordable, convenient, and widely available throughout San Juan. If you’re interested in exploring the island, we are happy to share recommendations for trusted private tour guides and drivers.

House Rules
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you follow a few simple rules:
Please keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours, from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Kindly dispose of all trash in the courtyard bin or the cans near the street.
To keep common areas clear, please do not leave personal belongings unattended.
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is not permitted in common areas. You are welcome to smoke at the front of the building.

Important Information
Laundry: The on-site coin laundry is first-come, first-served. We provide complimentary detergent. Please be respectful and do not handle laundry that is not yours.

Group Stays: Hosting a larger group? Our building features eight renovated apartments. Contact us to reserve multiple units for your stay.

Island Utilities: Please be aware that power and water outages can occasionally occur in Puerto Rico. We appreciate your understanding.

City Sounds: As we are in the lively Condado area, you may hear some street noise. Light sleepers may wish to bring earplugs.

Tropical Climate: Seasonal bugs are common. Turning off outdoor lights at night helps keep them away.

Security: For your safety and peace of mind, security cameras are located in the common areas, stairways, and main entrance.

Maintenance: We take pride in our property. If anything breaks, please let us know, and we will work quickly to resolve it. Refunds are only considered in rare cases where a repair cannot be made.
