Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The Baskins Creek Condominiums are located three blocks south of the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, with a stop for the trolley right in front of the building. You'll be an easy walk from Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the Gatlinburg Space Needle, the Village Shoppes, the Gatlinburg Convention Center, and much more. The mountain wonders of Ober Gatlinburg are one mile west, and the vast expanse of Great Smoky Mountains National Park begins one mile south. Only eight miles north is the town of Pigeon Forge - the home of Dollywood, WonderWorks, the Hollywood Wax Museum, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and an assortment of wonderful dinner theaters.
