To start off I arrived on Saturday evening and we just settled in. By Sunday morning I reported that the coffee pot was broken and I also inquired about the listed pool. I was met with an apology about the coffee pot and assured it was being taken care of. And that the host was unsure but would check into the listed pool. By Sunday night we found that the dryer did not work...I also reported that at the time I found it. On Monday morning I sent another inquiry regarding the coffee pot and the pool. I was assurred that the coffee pot would arrive between 9-11am. The Pigeon Forge Public works people came thru and stopped to take pictures of the damaged dumpster that was provided ...as it had no required lock on it. We went out for the day and arrived back at the cabin around 5 to still no coffee pot nor info on the pool. I sent another message. The coffee pot arrived around 7pm but I would not have known it because they just left it sitting on the steps of the cabin. On to Tuesday morning I walk out to trash all over the parking area and roadway in front of the cabin. I cleaned it up and sent another message about the trash dumpster bring faulty and the mess I had to clean up because of it and I ask for the 3rd day about the pool. My response came at midnight...not normal business hours. ( Always hours between the emails regarding the issues) At this point I'm already requesting partial refund on the stay because it has been just a pain. Needless to say I asked for full rfund
