Will stay again. Really nice property. Cozy. Enjoyed the views and hot tub. Bed was super comfortable. Consider bringing your own table wares and towels. These were pretty sparse for the long weekend we were there.

The Clutter Falls guest house was a perfect setting for our weekend away. It was great proximity to Gruene and the hot tub above the river was the best spot to relax after a day of exploring the hill country. We'll be back!

The setting was beautiful. The house was very nice and comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was wet so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub but we had an overall good experience.

Location is in the goldilocks zone for Gruene - just far enough to be quiet, but a couple of minutes' drive to get into town. The shared bathroom is quite large and well-appointed, with a nice shower, seating area to do hair & makeup, and a separate water closet.

Property location was good. It was clean and quiet. We had trouble remotely accessing the apartment because we were trying to get into the lockbox when in fact it was a door lock code. Big windows face west and in the afternoon it would get hot inside. I would suggest blinds for those top windows. We missed the memo about it being a kitchenette (dorm size fridge) so we came over stocked with refrigerated foods. Overall. It was a nice stay and would recommend now that we’ve stayed there.
