Please note the following Naya community regulations:

Visitors: Only registered guests are allowed; no outside visitors or private gatherings are permitted without prior concierge approval.

Common Areas: Private events are not allowed in shared spaces unless authorized in advance.

Pool Hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM.

Pool Use: Only registered guests may use the pool and facilities. No lifeguard on duty — diving, rough play, and loud behavior are prohibited.

Attire: Proper swimwear required; cotton clothing not allowed in the pool. Children must wear swim diapers.

Safety: No glass, bottles, or sharp objects near or inside the pool. Food or drinks are not allowed within 2.5 meters of the pool.

Children: Must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Staff: Service staff or nannies may not use the pool.

Personal Items: No reserving loungers or chairs for more than 30 minutes without use.

Music: Only personal-use music is allowed; speakers and loud devices are prohibited.

Cleanliness: Please cover loungers when using oils or sunscreen, and keep the area clean.

Animals: Pets are not allowed.

Other: Bicycles, skates, and skateboards are not permitted around the pool.

These rules ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable stay for all Naya residents and guests.
This condo is not suitable for Bachelor or Bachelorette trips or any parties. Minium age is 26 years old. Must submit guest identifiction upon signature of rental contract in order to register guests.

Credit card processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancellation refund. AMEX is not accepted for VRBO bookings.

All guests must sign a Vallarta Rentals rentals contract prior to check in.
