Welcome to Kenneth Manor, a beautifully restored 1900 Victorian where timeless character meets modern comfort. Just a short walk from Forsyth Park, this private main-floor suite is thoughtfully designed for two couples, close friends, or families looking to slow down, reconnect, and experience Savannah together.



Wake up to morning coffee on the spacious covered porch as the neighborhood comes to life, then stroll beneath Savannah's famous oak trees to nearby cafés, boutiques, restaurants, and historic squares. For your safety and peace of mind, exterior security cameras are located at the front and rear of the property. There are no cameras inside the home.



Guest Access:

This MAIN FLOOR unit shares an entry way front door with the upper unit. Upon entering the front door, you have your own private door to access your private main floor suite. This listing is for the entire downstairs unit ONLY. The Upper unit can be rented separetely.

You will receive an access code to the electronic lock.
