Geräumige Otter See Hütte
"Eagle Villa" ist eine Vierjahreszeitenhütte auf einer ruhigen Halbinsel am Otter See an der berühmten Eagle River Kette von 28 Seen.

Die Eagle Villa verfügt über vier Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder, ein großes Wohnzimmer, einen großen Essbereich sowie eine große Küche mit Essbereich.

Die Eagle Villa ist ein ideales Ziel für Familien und Freunde, die einen Kurzurlaub in Northwoods an der berühmten Eagle River-Kette suchen. Diese Ferienhütte befindet sich 70 Fuß vom Otter See entfernt.

Die Hauptebene der Eagle Villa verfügt über einen offenen Raum mit einem sehr großen Wohnzimmer mit zwei Futons zum zusätzlichen Schlafen, einer großen Wohnküche, einem separaten Esszimmer, einem Vollbad, einem großen Hauptschlafzimmer mit einem Kingsize-Bett und einem zweites Schlafzimmer mit einem Queen-Size-Bett.
Auf der unteren Ebene gibt es ein Dreiviertelbad und zwei Schlafzimmer, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein Doppelbett und ein Doppelbett. Der untere Schlafbereich hat an einem Ende ein 3/4 Bad und am anderen einen zweiten Ausgang mit einer geschlossenen Treppe, die die beiden Schlafbereiche trennt. Die unteren beiden Schlafzimmer sind getrennte, aber offene Räume mit Durchgängen zum Bad und zum Ausgang.

Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden nur für den Innenbereich zur Verfügung gestellt. Bitte bringen Sie Ihre eigenen Strandtücher mit.
Es gibt auch eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, ein Pack & Play, ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl.

Für Ihr Vergnügen im Freien hat die Eagle Villa einen sandigen Grund zum idealen Schwimmen, einen allmählichen Abhang zum Wasser und eine Anlegestelle für ein bis zwei Boote an einer Seite eines 50-Fuß-Piers (das Wasser ist am Ende des Piers ca. 60 Zoll tief). Feuerstelle am See mit Brennholz, Schaukel, Weber-Holzkohlegrill und Picknicktisch. Ein Ruderboot und ein Tretboot sind ebenfalls erhältlich.

Für Ihren inneren Genuss gibt es einen 49-Zoll-Fernseher mit Kabelanschluss. Wi-Fi, DVD-Player mit einigen Filmen und verschiedenen Spielen.

Eagle Villa ist auch in den Wintermonaten mit Zugang zu Hunderten von Kilometern Schneemobilwegen verfügbar und befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Wander- und Schneeschuhpfaden. Während der Wintersaison ist diese Hütte für Langzeitmieten verfügbar und kann die Nutzung einer großen Garage für zwei Autos beinhalten.

Die Eagle Villa Hütte ist Teil des Otter Cove Condo Vereins (früher das "Otter Cove Resort" bestehend aus 6 Hütten). Eagle Villa Kabine ist die einzige gemietete Kabine in der Vereinigung und ist an eine zweite Kabine angeschlossen. Die Eagle Villa ist gut von den anderen Hütten isoliert und verfügt über einen eigenen großen Rasen und einen Weg zum See, auf dem sich die Feuerstelle, das Seeufer und der Pier mit der Kabine des Eigentümers nebenan teilen.

Beautiful setting. A lot of wild life, grandchildren really loved seeing the deer with baby’s right out the window. Family enjoyed use of kayaks and paddle boat as well. Fun things to do in town, golf close by for the adults and mini golf for others. Host were very friendly and helpful

Great week vacation

The house and property are really nice. We had baby deer right outside our door, and we didn’t see one mosquito. The lake was beautiful and we spent lots of time on the water. I highly recommend staying here.

Really like the property and location, 1st time in eagle river. Seemed centrally location in the chain. Our group wants to book again. Would recommend to anyone looking forward to a relaxing getaway.

Loved it so much we already booked our next visit!

Quintessential northwoods cabin. Great views of the water (and the pirate ship), comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, lots of seating indoors and out. Loved the firepit and the private side yard. We enjoyed watching the deer, chipmunks, hummingbird, and woodpeckers while we relaxed. We'll be back!

Fell in Love with Otter Lake

My family of four was lucky to spend time on this beautiful lake. Cabin was comfy and very well stocked. Extra pillows, fans in each room, tons of kitchen supplies, and even marshmallow roasting sticks! Lake was gorgeous and we enjoyed being able to easily move through the chain of lakes. Ample parking and very nice hosts. Will definitely book again.

Great Northwoods cabin on Chain of Lakes!

Another great vacation at our favorite cabin. Great views of the water, lots of room, kitchen is fully stocked for even gourmet cooking but we ate out most nights and visited restaurants the owner recommended. Loved the firepit and the private side yard. We enjoyed watching the deer, chipmunks, and even an otter while we relaxed. See you next year!

Wonderful spacious cabin! Plenty of room for eight adults! The living room and kitchen are huge, and accommodated everyone! Kitchen is equipped well, it’s nice to have had a dishwasher! The location is close to town with beautiful panoramic views of the lake! Thank you Glen and Cheryl!

A week on otter Lake

House had lots of room and great location. The basement needs dehumidifying - mildew smelling. We had a shortage of towels but we did receive a bunch after requesting more. Otherwise, very satisfied.

Dehumidifier is permanently located in Lower level as well as Air Conditioning throughout cabin. We found that the dehumidifier was set at a high humidity level and have since reduced humidity level. We have found that the dampness has been brought under control. thanks for your input! We continually try to improver the cottage and will pay much closer attention to the dehumidifier setting in the future. Thanks, Glen

Wisconsin Nort Woods Memories

This cottage is HUGE with plenty of room for large families that want to make priceless memories in the north woods during a Wisconsin summer. Great balance of nostalgia with AMAZING amenities such as; WiFi, cable tv, smart AC and keyless lock access. Caught a bunch of perch, pumpkinseed and rock bass fish off the docks. Good drop off for walleye and musky about 40 yards from the dock. Great location that is a short distance to everything in the Eagle River community. Plus! onsite: Kayaking, paddle boating, row boating and swimming.

Review

Had some electrical issues with kitchen and bathroom but owner told us how to fix. Several of the mattresses on beds were very uncomfortable. Basement had a musty smell. Overall the cabin worked for our vacation and like the lake view .

We are sorry for the issues you encountered. We are sorry that the GFI circuit on the one counter tripped. When circuit is overloaded that is what it is suppose to do. The Mattresses have mostly all been replaced over the last few years and we have had compliments in the past of their comfort, it would be nice to know which ones were an issue. I will reach out to you directly to get a better understanding of this issue. We have a dehumidifier typically running with a humidistat, to address the lower level humidity. . The week you were there was very hot and humid which makes control of humidity indoors a challenge. The central air, when used also helps enormously. I will check out the settings and function of the dehumidifier. Thank you for your feedback.

Not a bad place

Beds could use upgrading and as another person said bedrooms down stairs are more like rooms with beds as one has a door to go outside one has a bathroom and only one of the 2 can have reasonable privacy. The upstairs was nice. Plenty of space. Could also use a new grill as the lid doesn’t close and the grill rack that holds the coals is pretty warped. Last negative would be the WiFi is pretty weak, doesn’t go through the whole cabin and the lte doesn’t get in so there’s some serious dead spots in the cabin. This was only a problem for the kids but you know how kids are. Other than that quite pleasant stay. If they allowed dogs I’d go back but had to leave dog behind this trip.

Otter Lake Condo

Our reason for low rating is that this is not a cabin, it is a condo or townhome. A cabin is an independent separate building and this unit is attached to the owners unit. VRBO has separate condo listing and that is where it needs to be listed. Also it is not a 4 bedroom, it only has 3 bedrooms with what should be called a bonus room with a couple beds. You must walk through this room in order to access the downstairs bath. There is no privacy In this room, no door, and it is not a bedroom. A bedroom is more than just an area with a bed. Parking is very tight but the owners did a nice job of accommodating us. The unit is clean, comfortable and well stocked with most of the essentials like towels, coffee maker, etc.. There is only room for one boat so if you have jet skies or multiple boats I would be sure to talk to them about that. So if you are looking for a 3 bedroom condo this might fit your needs.

A second pier was added in 2021, cabin is in a condo association of an old resort. This cabin is the original 4 season owners cabin. It is set aside from rest of association and has its own private yard and entrance )(very private). many improvements have been made since 2019 to today of 8-2022. Description has been updated to better describe 4th bedroom situation. Thanks for your Input. Glen

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a party of 12–my whole family. Six adults and 6 children, 3 of which were age 2 and under. It was a little difficult for our party because all the single beds, for the children, were in the basement and it was cold and musty down there, particularly the back bedroom. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen we’ve ever rented, short of not having a garbage disposal. The living room was awesome in size and filled with seating, but none of the furniture was comfortable. We really appreciated having a washer/dryer, as we had to wash towels mid week. Although the sandy bottom lake was nice near the shore, there was no safe way for the children to get into the lake. The owners were very, very nice! My family had a great time! Thank you!

Winter Retreat in Eagle River

This was a great place for our family to kick back and relax before and after spending the day watching family and friends racing at WCDC. It was convenient for getting to the track as well as other Eagle River amenities. The fire place was great to gather around after a chilly day outside, with plenty of seating and space to relax. With eight adults it was great to have two full bathrooms. Watching the deer in the yard almost every day was an added bonus!

Great family spot

Lots of room for our family of 8. Kids loved exploring the property and the hosts had provided us with fire wood which was great for s’mores with the kids. Our fishing guides were able to pick us up right at the dock on the property. Walleye are only about 20 yds off the dock. Great value.

Excellent property and very responsive hosts

This was a very clean property. The hosts thought of everything you would need while on vacation. Hosts are very responsive and available all the time. Waterway can get busy and make the water rough at the end of the pier however it didn't cause us any issues boating and jet skiing. Docking the boat between the two piers worked well. We would recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was huge. Well kept. We loved the two separate floors for bedrooms. Great location and close to amenities!

Spacious and Convenient

My family and I have been coming to ER for over 20 years. As far as rentals go, this was priced right and slept 6 comfortably. Would be perfect for 4 adults upstairs and up to 6 kids downstairs.

Family getaway

We enjoyed our week at Eagle River on the Chain of Lakes. The house slept enough for all nine of us and we were all able to sit at one table.

Great time

Very roomy with great location on chain of Lakes. Owner very accommodating. Only comment was kitchen floor was not swept when we arrived. Suggest bringing own towels as there were not enough for our group for the week. Overall a great property friendly owners and we would definitely go back
